As part of the implementation of the activities of the Second Decade of Action for Road Safety 2021-2030 worldwide, from 12 to 18 May 2025, teachers held a number of events dedicated to the first stage of the annual Road Safety Week. Thus, the curator of the 21th group, Maryna Razvodova, and the library staff conducted a lesson on Road Safety under Martial Law as part of the unified national lesson Safe Road Home. The Chief of Staff of the Civil Protection Centre, V. Odintsov, and paramedic L. Odolska, regularly conduct training sessions with teachers, staff and students on the rules of emergency care and emergency procedures.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, a Centre for Psychological Assistance to the Population has been established on the basis of the Centre of Teachers of Psychological and Pedagogical Disciplines. Qualified practical psychologists and social educators are happy to help anyone who needs such assistance.Safety lessons during the period of martial law have become part of the educational process. Valentyn Odintsov, Chief of Staff of the Civil Defence, regularly conducts educational activities with teachers, employees and students on mine safety and explosive ordnance, explaining the algorithm of actions in emergency situations.
The educational institution has created safe and comfortable conditions for work, study and living in the student dormitory. The student dormitory regularly hosts meetings with employees of the Podilskyi District Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Odesa Oblast. In particular, the following events were held: "Fire safety rules in the dormitory and at home", "Actions during the announcement of the "Air Alert" signal", "Rules of safe behaviour when detecting explosive or suspicious objects".
On 05.09.2025, on behalf of the Director of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College, Serhii Ivanovych Ivankov, a working meeting was held with the Deputy Head of the Podilskyi District Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Colonel Oleksandr Orovets, and with the responsible officials of the educational institution. During the working meeting, the issues of improving fire and industrial safety of the college, compliance with basic fire safety rules in the student dormitory were considered, and the issues of priority actions upon receiving the ‘Air Alert’ signal were discussed.
