During the duty of the cycle commissions, teachers conduct a number of educational activities, including the flash mob “#On_style”.
At the meetings of the methodological association of student dormitory teachers, many issues are discussed, including the behavior of students in the shelter, creating conditions for self-training, the role of the student council of the dormitory in self-government, prevention of deviant behavior of students, etc.
Meetings are also held with representatives of the Balta Department of the Podil Branch of the Odesa Regional Employment Center to discuss the implementation of the state program “eRobota”.
The educational process at the Balta Pedagogical Professional College is centered on the Concept of Educational Work, which is carried out through the awareness of the participants of the educational process of the social significance of the chosen profession, its necessity for society and life self-realization.
The college holds joint meetings, meetings with the director, pedagogical councils with the participation of the student council and the parent council.
The Artistic Council is an advisory body and self-governing body that brings together members of the teaching staff of the educational institution and representatives of the student council on a voluntary basis to study in depth and comprehensively the state of preparation for various artistic events and competitions, develop recommendations for improving the level of performance of artistic works and educational activities.
The morning of the library began with gifts. The donated literature is a real treasure for the library. We are grateful to the student of group 43, the head of the “Book lovers” club, Oleksandr Rebriy, for the donated literature. The donated books will become a tangible source of replenishment of the college library fund.

A student dormitory is not only a collective residence for students, but also a socialization process with an emphasis on the educational and upbringing process. A dormitory is also a house where a young friendly family lives.
The comprehensive cooperation of the administration of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College and the team of student dormitory teachers contributes to the formation and development of the moral qualities of the younger generation and their stability. Since the process of personality formation in the student years is not complete, the transition from family to dormitory, i.e. from one environment to another, is accompanied by a number of changes in the lives of young people.
The student dormitory is an important social and educational institution in the structure of society, which plays a significant role in the development of the individual. But the work of educators with students during the period of martial law is of particular importance. Therefore, on September 15, 2025, a working meeting of student dormitory educators was held, headed by the Deputy Director for Humanitarian Education and Training Tetiana Prytuliak and the head of the student dormitory Marharyta Orovets. The meeting addressed issues of adaptation and socialization of first-year students, prevention of deviant behavior of participants in the educational process, rules of conduct in shelters, etc.

Autumn is slowly coming into our lives with the sound of the school bell. Thanks to our soldiers, we have the opportunity to hear the gentle sound of the bell, not the sounds of explosions. On September 01, 2025, a solemn meeting on the occasion of the Day of Knowledge was held at our school. Good luck in your studies, together to victory.
On August 28, 2025, a meeting of the staff was held in the assembly hall of the Balta Pedagogical Professional College.
The Director of the educational institution, Sergey Ivanovich Ivankov, congratulated those present on the beginning of the new academic year, outlined the perspective plan for the work of the staff in the 2025-2026 academic year under the legal regime of martial law, and also congratulated the birthday people, young specialists on their employment and teachers on entering graduate school, presented awards to the winners of festivals, competitions and contests, and thanked the teachers who are going on a well-deserved vacation.
We thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to study and work offline!

The curator of the academic group has an educational influence on students by conducting various educational activities and involving young people in self-education, promotes the establishment of friendly, moral, ethical, and humanistic relations among students, and acts as an intermediary in the interaction of students with the teaching staff and the directorate of the educational institution. The curator of the group has a special responsibility during the period of martial law. Therefore, on August 28, 2025, a working meeting of the directorate of the educational institution with the curators of academic groups was held, during which the results of the work in the academic year 2024-2025 were summarized and the main areas of work in the academic year 2025-2026 were outlined, including: civil-patriotic, military-patriotic, environmental, professional, spiritual and moral, student self-government, security during the war, and volunteer activities.

On August 29, 2025, a working meeting was held between the Deputy Director for Humanitarian Education and Training Tetiana Prytuliak and the Head of the Student Hostel Marharyta Orovets with the teachers of the student hostel.
During the meeting, the work in the academic year 2024-2025 was analyzed. The main directions of work in 2025-2026 under the legal regime of martial law were outlined.
