The project aims to enhance the capacity of the Department of Education to conduct blended learning method in some public schools in the Division of Bataan. The project aims to improve the technological capacity of the 200 teachers when it comes to conducting online classes and developing learning materials for the blended learning scheme.
Background
With the recent state of the educational system in the entire country brought about by the pandemic crisis, each level of governance in the Department of Education is taking its initiatives on how to be of help in preparing teaching-learning materials to address the different learning modalities preferred by learners. These include using a learning management system to create, modify, and organize records of the students as well as the development of teaching-learning modules for each subject.
Impact
After the training, the participants are expected to have the capability to manage and create lessons through the use of Learning Management System and Multimedia System. Also, the participants will be able to conduct online classes in a more organize manner. Said seminar will produce 200 trained teachers in the Department of Education, Division of Balanga City, Bataan.
