Parental involvement refers to the amount of participation a parent has when it comes to the schooling of his/her children. (MT Bartolome et al., 2017) According to Dixon (1992), “Parental involvement in almost any form creates measurable gains in student achievement”. Therefore, parental involvement plays an important role in students academic success, as their active participation, mutual support, and collaboration with educators can significantly impact a child's learning journey until they reach academic success in academic settings.
