Start the subject line with your son's name and surname.
All early departure requests must be sent to Mr Stephens.
All notifications of absence must be sent to your son's tutor.
Sanatorium

If you feel so unwell that you cannot wait until break or after school to go to the sanatorium:
Ask your teacher to sign an illness procedure form (IPF) allowing you to leave class.
Ask Mr Stephens (room 38) to sign your IPF.
Present the IPF with both signatures to sister upon arrival at the sanatorium.
Additional Notes
You may go to the sanatorium at the start of break without a note.
If you cannot find Mr Stephens then you may ask a Deputy Headmaster to sign your IPF.
Mr Stephens cannot send you to the sanatorium without a signed note from your teacher and the sanatorium will not see you without a note signed by your teacher AND housemaster.

If you are absent, your parents must email your tutor to explain your absence.
Your tutor will issue you with an absentee slip upon your return to school.

You are required to present a doctor's note if you are absent on the date of an assessment.
You may not come to school only to complete an assessment and then leave.
