Mr Stephens will notify your parents that the early departure has been approved.
You must collect your early departure note at reception on the morning of your departure and show it to your teacher when you leave class.
Present the early departure slip to the security guards at the gate in order to leave the school property.
Additional Notes
Keep your early departure slip to show to your teachers upon return to school to explain your absence from their classes.
You should notify your teachers in advance if you are going to miss their lesson so that you can catch up the work that you are going to miss.
