Youth age 12-15 years: Youth Employment Certificate
14 and 15 year old students: The following completed forms, along with a birth certificate, should be brought to Martha Rae in the school counseling office so that the OFFICIAL working papers can be completed. Both parent and student are needed to complete the process.
Health verification to be completed by the parent
16 and 17 year old students: Do not need working papers from Bow High School. Parental Permission is required.
