(Students aged 18-22)
The OSDC program Transition class at Madison Park Technical Vocational High School prides itself of crafting an individualized transition plan for all students. Students skills, strengths, preferences and abilities, the students team will work to find the optinum placement for the student. We work with the STRIVE team to find the best opportunities for every students. Students schedules can range from fully off site job training such as Wentworth Program or NEBH, others attend MP in a hybrid model where some of the time they are in buillding and others they are out. Some students who need more time to develop their skills may remain in the building and attend our "in house" classes.
