Although students in the OSDC do not participate in the standardized high school curriculum, students in the OSDC program follow similar schedules to their peers at Madison Park Technical Vocational High School. OSDC students are in a non-diploma bound graduation track and participate in the MCAS alternate assessment, which is intended for a small number of students who cannot take standard MCAS tests due to the complexity and severity of their disabilities. Students in the OSDC program will not receive a high school diploma but will be given a certificate of attendance when they leave school.
