The NBLT encourages all candidates to get a second look at their components by a trained reader before submission. Many Boston NBCTs have trained to be readers for current candidates (new or MOC). The BTU/BPS pays these Readers to read and provide feedback on completed draft components for style of writing and attendance to all required prompts. Candidates who desire a reader should contact their cohort leader or the National Board Leadership Team for an assigned reader well before the submission deadline in order to give the reader adequate time to provide two reads.
If you are IN a Cohort,
please email your cohort leader(s).
If you are NOT in a Cohort OR if you are a MOC Candidate:
please email kfrazierbooth@bostonpublicschools.org with your name, certificate area and which component(s) you are working on.
