PAid summer internship Opportunities
Square Tech Training Program is now accepting applications for our College Summer Internships 2023at BFIT !
This is for high school students in grades 11th & 12th
Deadline for applying is June 1st, 2023.

Eligibility Requirements
For the 2023 recruitment period, student applicants must be from one of the following areas: Boston, MA; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Raleigh-Durham, NC.
Student applicants must be of African American/Black, LatinX, Native American (providing documentation of tribal affiliation) or Asian/Pacific Islander heritage.
Students must be U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens.
Student applicants must be Pell Grant-eligible at the time of selection as verified by the college or university financial aid office at the institution they will attend.
Student participants must pursue a bachelor’s or an associate degree at an accredited not-for-profit, four-year or two-year – college or university, (including minority serving institutions (MSIs) and historically Black colleges and universities (HBCU)s, or not-for-profit certificate program within the state of their residence.
Students seeking to enroll in two- or four-year academic programs must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form and have a demonstrated, unmet financial need as verified by their college or university of enrollment. Students seeking to enroll in certificate programs must complete any related financial assistance forms where applicable.
All applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 – 3.5 to enter the program and must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 to remain in the program.
Students must be 16-24 years of age and enrolling in a four-year, two-year or certificate program for the first time.

Bloomberg Arts Internships
For JUNIORS ONLY interested in the arts!
Immersive summer programs and internships have a significant impact on a student’s development — putting them in a better position to succeed in the classroom and gain the experience they need to have success in their future careers. The Bloomberg Arts Internship program is working to help young people develop the skills and give them the tools they need by providing students with work experience at select cultural institutions, as well as work-readiness and college-preparation training.

The City of Boston has started a new initiative to prepare Boston youths by providing personalized one-on-one sessions to support their career development!
All Successlink Participants are highly encouraged to stop by one of these sessions to take advantage of their work experience at their organizations.
Our sessions include:
Personalized career exploration
Mock interviews
Resume and cover letter building
Explaining the ins and outs of choosing your college majors and how that plays a role in career readiness.
