Successful TDM initiatives require strong leadership and collaboration that brings together a variety of public and private agencies to meet the needs of travelers, employers, and destinations in a given community. Across the United States, transportation management associations (TMAs) have proven to be one of the most effective vehicles for implementing TDM strategies, program, and services.
