One of my greatest joys is to introduce students to what we know about life's amazing processes and all the diversity and adaptability we share our world with. Life Science at Fairmont is an excellent precursor for the Biology course all students must take for high school graduation in the Boise School District. It lays the foundation for that course so students may begin to understand how living things survive and thrive by learning about cells, genetics, evolution, and ecology. Students will also practice laboratory and research skills that help them understand phenomena in the natural world through the Boise School District curriculum for the course, and the activities we work through together in class. Our class agenda will be updated weekly on the slide presentation below.
