Whipping Childhood Cancer was founded in September 2014 by Jenny Mena Silvano and Candice Genua, two women who met while their children were battling cancer.
46 children are diagnosed with cancer each day. Of those, 7 will not succeed in their battle against cancer.
Mepham High School has accepted the challenge from Carle Place High School to "whip out childhood cancer."
On February 5, 2015 Mepham High School began its efforts to "whip out childhood cancer" in conjunction with their efforts to raise money and awareness for the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
We are proud of the efforts of our students, staff and community for embracing this cause!
If you are challenged, you have 46 hours to accept the challenge and donate to our St. Baldrick's page
