Out of Network Insurance Carriers - If we do not accept your insurance, we offer a cash pay discounted rate. At the end of each appointment, you will receive a 'superbill' that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement. If you have questions about out-of-network or insurance benefits, we recommend calling your insurance company before your scheduled appointment.
Cash Rates:
Intake appointments: $250
Follow-up appointments: $150
**Cancellations must provide 24-hour advance notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $75.
Medicaid - You can enroll in Apple Health (WA Medicaid) or Idaho Medicaid at any time during the year. See Washington State Health Care Authority website for information on applying for Medicaid: https://www.hca.wa.gov/free-or-low-cost-health-care/apply-or-renew-coverage.
Marketplace - Open enrollment for low-cost insurance is November 1 – January 15 for Washington residents on WA Healthplanfinder (available at: https://www.wahealthplanfinder.org/, and October 15 – December 16 for Idaho residents on YourHealthIdaho (available at: https://www.yourhealthidaho.org/). You may be able to enroll in low-cost insurance if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period, or if you qualify for Washington’s Cascade Care Savings.
Medicare - Medicare Annual Election period (AEP) is October 15 – December 7. During this time, you can review your Medicare options and change your Medicare Advantage plan or prescription drug plan for the following year.
