About Mrs. Holyoak:Mrs. Holyoak has over 14 years of educator experience in STEM, Math, and Gifted and Talented education. She comes to education with more than 22 years of practical experience in engineering. As an engineer , she designed equipment and systems in the environmental, chemical, and pharmaceutical processing industries and managed projects for equipment and process validation with pharmaceutical companies.She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as two masters, including a Master's in Education. Mrs. Holyoak also holds a STEM Education Certification from the National Institute for STEM Education and over 100 credit hours of study and training from the UCONN Renzulli Center for Creativity, Gifted Education, and Talent Development.
