What do I offload from my child's iPAd?

Please offload non-educational apps from your child's iPad.
Please ensure your child has all BIS HCMC iPad apps throughout the school year.
Do not offload apps on the BIS HCMC iPad apps list.

How can I offload an app from my child's iPad?

Click Settings - General.
Click iPad Storage.
Choose the app you need to offload.
Click 'Offload App'. You will not lose documents or data.
You can reinstall the app again.

My apps are offloading when they are not used, how can I stop this?

Click on the Settings app.
Scroll down and tap on iTunes & App Store.
Scroll down and look for Offload Unused Apps.
Turn this feature off.

Age Restrictions

There are many apps that are not suitable for our students' age range. Please delete these apps from your child's iPad and monitor their tabs on Safari/Google Chrome.
