Here at BIS HCMC, we believe in the development of the whole child, not just academic progress. To this end we provide a range of residential and day trips which are developed to fulfil the team-building, social, problem-solving, leadership, independence, self-esteem, reflection, perseverance, respect, enquiry, and care elements that would otherwise be difficult to provide on a school campus alone. 

Our trips are always well planned, relevant, structured and progressive as well as providing continuity with classroom learning. The range of trips falls broadly under one or more of three categories

1. For years 4 to 6 there are compulsory residential trips where participation is expected from all students. 

2. Day trips which enhance the curriculum and allow the students to contextualise their school studies into the world around them. These trips are included in school fees.

3. Optional residential trips, such as sports or music events, which are group specific, not year group based.
