Do assessments differ by types and rigor to accurately provide both teacher and student with feedback on student mastery of the subject matter?
Does the teacher monitor, share, and make decisions based on assessement data both during and after the lesson?
Is reteaching, remediation, or extension being offered based on feedback from formative and summative assessments?
