Student Responsibilities

Class Captains

2 students per class per semester (Terms 1-2 and Terms 3-4). Ideally, they should be one boy and one girl. These are voted for by the class.

Councillors

1 Year 8 Student Per Class. This is voted for by the class and this person stays the councillor for the entire year.

Librarians

Mr Weston will choose class librarians during Library time.

House Captains

At the beginning of each year, house groups will get together and vote for their House Captains (Y8's).

Executive

At the beginning of each year, the school council will vote their executive (Y8's) in to lead the school council.

Monitors

There are lots of responsible monitor positions aroudn the school. Keep an eye out in the notices or talk to your whānau teacher about what you are interested in and where you can help out.
