Flex Days and Deadlines:

Flex Day #1 - October 13th

Flex Day Request Forms are due to your administrator on or before October 2nd.

Flex Day #2 - February 15th

Flex Day Request Forms are due to your administrator on or before February 5th.

You must have 7 hours documented in your Professional Learning Portfolio to "flex out" of one day. The hours had to be accrued from January 2026 through now/when you want to use them.  

You must have another 7 hours ready to submit for the February flex day.  

Best practice?  If you have all 14 of your flex-eligible hours now, fill out both your fall and your spring flex forms so you're all set for the entire year.  

*CAUTION* Expect delays if you submit your credit request(s) the week before Flex Requests are due.  It is best practice to submit outside-of-district credit requests well before October 2nd. 

Have you gone to an outside Professional Learning and need those hours to show up in your portfolio? Follow these directions - make sure you attach documentation, please.  Your credit request cannot be approved without documentation that shows the date of the learning and the hours accrued.  If you wait until the week of Flex Forms are due to submit an outside-of-the-district credit request in Eduphoria, expect a delay in its approval.
