Prom tickets will be sold through GoFan.co
Please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure your purchase is completed correctly.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Go to GoFan and sign up for an account using your student information.
*Do not check out as a guest or use a parent account. If a parent is helping pay, the purchase should still be completed through the student’s account.
Step 2: Find the Event
In the search bar, type “Birdville High School Senior Class” or use the direct link: https://gofan.co/event/5372354?schoolId=TX99648_03
Step 3: Select the Prom Event
Choose “A Night In Greece - Birdville High School Senior Prom.”
Step 4: Enter Your Access Code
Each senior may purchase up to two tickets.
Use your student ID number (without any leading zeros) as your access code.
If you earned a free ticket, the discount will automatically apply at checkout. *Also check for an email from Mrs. Fletcher.
Step 5: Select # of Tickets
Select the number of tickets you are going to purchase.
Add to cart.
Step 6: Complete Ticket Information
Fill in all required fields carefully.
If you are bringing a guest:
Ticket one should include the BHS senior’s information
Ticket two should include the guest’s information.
If you or your guest have dietary restrictions or a food allergy please fill out this google form as well: Dietary Restriction Notification Form
Step 6: Enter Payment Information and Accessing Your Ticket
Enter your payment information to complete your purchase. Your phone will serve as your ticket through the GoFan website, so be sure to bring your phone with you to prom for entry.
⚠️ Important Information
All ticket sales are final.
Pricing and Sales Windows
Early ticket sales are $80 from April 2 through April 17 at midnight.
Late ticket sales are $100 from April 20 through April 22 at noon.
⏳ If you miss both sales windows and still wish to obtain a ticket, please follow the instructions for joining the waitlist. The waitlist is limited to current BHS seniors and does not guarantee a ticket.
