Each BHS Senior may purchase up to 2 tickets. They may attend alone or bring 1 guest to prom on May 16th.
*Guests must be currently enrolled in high school or under 21 years old on the day of prom.*
In order to bring a guest to prom that does not attend Birdville High School, the BHS Senior must:
Fill out the digital BHS Prom Guest Google Form (link available in March).
Fill out the physical BHS Prom Guest Signature Form (link available in March). Take a picture of the completed form to attach to the digital Google Form.
The Signature Form can be printed or picked up in B405 or the Cafe Office.
The signature form must have hand written signatures from all relevant parties. Typed signatures will not be accepted.
Have a picture of the guest's photo ID.
If it is a school ID it must include the name of the student, the name of the school, the current school year, and their full face.
If it is a government issued ID it must include the full name of the guest, their birthday (m/d/y), and their full face.
All participants are subject to the rules and guidelines of Birdville High School. Misconduct may result in warnings, parent notification, removal from the event, and/or police involvement if necessary.
The google form should be completed fully and submitted no later than 3pm Friday, March 27th, 2026. This allows administration time to review all outside guests before ticket sales begin. Submission of a completed Guest Pass does not guarantee that the guest will be allowed to attend the BHS Prom. A ticket may not be purchased for a non-BHS student without an approved Guest Pass.
All guests must present the same picture ID attached to the form on the night of the event.

All BHS students attending prom must have an account even if another student is buying their ticket.

Table reservations are not required but recommended if you want to sit with a specific group of people. All attendees will have a seat at prom.
Table Reservations will be open TBD
Students may only reserve a complete table of 8 or 10.
To reserve a table together, ALL BHS seniors sitting at the table MUST be present. We assume non-senior and non-BHS dates will sit with you and therefore do not need to be present to reserve a table.
Reservations must be made in room B405 during Hawk Time, 5th period, or after school until 3:15pm
*The first day to reserve tables will be on the first Senior Late Arrival Meeting day in April. If someone at your table has a BCTAL class this is the best time to reserve your table because BCTAL will be closed for the day and all seniors are expected to be at their home campus. Do not schedule to work or make personal appointments.*
If you do not have a group of 8 or 10 you will be seated at the best available table with openings the night of prom.
Open seating is first come first served the night of prom.
If you do not reserve a table, we recommend showing up as soon as the doors open to ensure small group can get a table together.
To help ensure a smooth and organized check-in process, please review the following requirements:
✅ TICKET
Every person attending must have their prom ticket downloaded to their phone with the QR code visible for scanning at check-in.
🆔 STUDENT ID REQUIREMENTS
