Stress is very common, especially during adolescence - the time where you are becoming a teenager and turning into a young adult.
School, friends, sports, parent or guardian expectations, jobs, rules, homework, social media, ETC are so stressful! Sometimes it can cause you to feel anxious, overwhelmed or worried. That's normal. There are lots of things that can help you get through those tough emotions, too.
Try some of these ideas on your own, share with a friend, and most importantly reach out to your school counselor or social worker to talk through any problems you are having. We are here to listen - no judgment. We know it's hard being a teen.
