Qualifications

Teachers Needed in Kentucky, Minnesota, Michigan, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Georgia

Hold a Bachelor's degree (Master’s Degree Preferred) in teaching Mandarin, English, Pedagogy, Linguistics, etc.

Have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher, Master's GPA 3.0 or higher (JS&A and Spantran)

Chinese K-12 Teaching License

Documented proficiency in the home language (Proficiency level to be determined--should be equivalent to an individual holding a major in the language)

Qualifying scores of an assessment of general knowledge (PPST or GAOKAO)

Three or more documented years as a classroom teacher (Official letter verifying work experience)

Physical and TB test (Must be signed, sealed, and dated by physician)
