BG Education Management Solutions, Inc. (BGEMS) is a non-profit organization which seeks to “Cultivating the next Generation of Global Leaders.” Organized in 2018, has standing partnerships with  private schools in China and the U.S. in which we recruit, train, certify and place both Mandarin Language Teachers and English Teachers. The organization has organized Chinese students to come to the U.S and organized for American students to go to China as part of cultural exchange partnerships. BGEMS is the bridge between China and U.S.
