Founder and President/CEO

Mr. Terrill D. Martin is the Founder and President/CEO of BGEMS, and has extensive knowledge, connections, and partnerships in China. He was the Director of the Confucius Institute at WKU, in which he managed the Mandarin Language Program which has placed more than 38 Chinese teachers in local school districts throughout the state of Kentucky each year. He was instrumental in the transition of the Mandarin language program from WKU to Simpson County Board of Education and is contracted to manage the program for them. BGEMS is seeking highly competent, energetic, engaging, and open-minded teachers from abroad, and within the U.S. to meet the upcoming demand of teachers for the 2023/2024 academic school year.
