Feed The School

Our aeroponic grow towers provide a variety of lettuces and chard to our middle/high school cafeteria to use in salads, wraps, and other dishes.  Food is picked fresh in the morning and brought straight to the cafeteria.

Broccoli, garlic, onions, peas, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, and the list goes on.  We grow a variety of plants that provide food directly to our students all winter long.
