We have over 30 different types of house plants in the greenhouse. We use these for plants to propagate new plants to sell in plant sales and conduct propagation experitments.

Our tower gardens have been growing from October - May to supply a variety of lettuces to our cafeteria for salads, sandwiches, and wraps. As of May 2026 we decided to extend our growing Season with some Strawberries. The tower behind contains basil that is hand pollinated by students so that the seeds can be collected and used the following school year.
