The Company has revised its policies to align with current business operations, as follows:

1. Corporate Governance Policy

2. Prevention of Conflict of Interest Policy

3. Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures

4. Whistleblower Policy

5. Business Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Policy

6. Code of Conduct for Directors, Executives, and Employees

Therefore, the Company hereby announces the amended policies, which were approved by the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 5/2025 held on November 7, 2025, and requests all executives and employees to study and strictly comply with the information contained herein.
