04/2025 : The Updated Policies

Dear All,

The Company has revised the policy, namely the Corporate Governance Policy, Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures, and Environmental, Social, and Governance: ESG Policy, to align with the Company's current business operations.

Therefore, the Company hereby announces the amended policies which was approved by the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 1/2025 held on February 21, 2025, and requests all executives and employees to study and strictly comply with the information contained herein.
