03/2025 : The renaming of the Risk Management Committee

Dear All,

According to the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 1/2025, held on February 21, 2025, resolved to rename the Risk Management Committee to the “Sustainability and Risk Management Committee”. This change aims to support the Board of Directors in overseeing and controlling the operations of the Company and its subsidiaries in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and ensuring effective risk management. 

Effective on February 21, 2025 onwards.
