11/2025 : the Updated Policies

Dear All,

The Company has revised the policy, namely the Anti-Corruption Policies and Measures, Code of Conduct For Directors, Executives, and Employees and Prevention of Conflict of Interest Policy, to align with the Company's current business operations.

Therefore, the Company hereby announces the amended policies which was approved by the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 4/2025 held on August 8, 2025, and requests all executives and employees to study and strictly comply with the information contained herein.
