PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

• Build a sound machine that uses a solenoid or motor/servo that plays a beat for at least 15 seconds.

• Solenoid/motor must be mounted securely.

• Modularity and adjustability must be incorporated in the design.

• Record a good quality video of your creation (feel free to add text, additional sound, or other effects) The video must show your design in operation. Close ups and whole prototype should be included.

STRETCH GOALS

• Can you come up with a brand new percussion instrument that has never been seen before?

• Can you team up with other classmates to form a band/ensemble performance?
