Evidence of Growth or Competency:
As a school Interim principal, I believe it's important to be visible and actively involved in our classrooms every day. By visiting each classroom at least once a day, I show both teachers and students that I am here to support them. This initiative allows me to model effective leadership behaviors, such as being present, approachable, and engaged in the learning process. It also helps me understand the challenges and successes happening in real-time, so I can provide better support and guidance. When teachers see me in their classrooms, they know I am invested in their growth and the success of our students. Being visible helps build trust and strengthens our school community. It shows that I care about the quality of education and the well-being of everyone in our school. This daily presence reinforces a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
