The 2025-2026 prompt dealt with the construction of a datacenter: addressing community concern, designing around a large site floodplain, all while making the center as sustainable and as environmentally friendly as possible. In addition, the team had to consider local construction codes, stormwater treatment, datacenter water use, sound impacts on nearby residential areas, and the effects of construction on local traffic. The team's design included a public park with a detention pond, a central employee plaza, living walls and low-carbon construction materials.
