The competition challenged teams to revitalize a fictional waterfront in the City of ASCE, addressing flooding and environmental issues with sustainable designs. Teams also needed to incorporate nature-based solutions, enhance public access, preserve historical significance, and include sustainable energy features, simulating a real-world request for proposal.
