Ordering of Yearbooks online will begin on July 1, 2025 and end on April 24, 2026 or until all copies are sold, whichever comes first, THROUGH JOSTENS (CLICK HERE) . After April 25, 2026, there may be a small amount of extra yearbooks to purchase and are sold on a first come first serve basis in the library. If all books are sold, a waitlist will be established which does not guarantee a yearbook will be available.
Be advised that ordering prior to March 1, 2026 guarantees your yearbook as the number of books that we order to be printed is based on pre orders up to this date. After this date, there is no guarantee that yearbooks will be available.
Cost:
July 1, 2025 - September 26, 2026 = Back to School Promotion
$75 for the yearbook plus Jostens is offering free icons with all personalized yearbooks purchased
September 26, 2025 - November 21, 2025 = $75
November 22, 2025 - March 6, 2026 = $80
March 6, 2026 - April 24, 2026 = $85
Any remaining yearbooks after distribution in May will be sold through the BHS Library, cash or check only (made payable to Bedford High School)y = $85
**NOTE: The last day to order a personalized yearbook is January 30, 2026. This date is set by Jostens, not BHS.
Our yearbook is a chronological yearbook where the spring from the previous year is included in the book from each year. This happens because the yearbook pages are due to the publisher in February in order to be printed and returned to the school in May.
Here are the three options for what can appear in the 2026 Yearbook:
Upload Your Own Photo Here – You’ll be able to upload a portrait (taken professionally or on your own) that follows the yearbook photo guidelines for quality and content. See below for guidelines if selecting this option.
Use Your School Photo – The photo taken on the first day of school (the one used for your student ID) can be used as your portrait.
Opt Out – If you prefer, you can choose not to have a photo included in the yearbook.
Photos are due January 9, 2026.
Please note that the permissions that are set by parents via InfoSnap apply to the yearbook. Therefore, a student on the “Do Not Publish” list cannot have their photo and/or name in the yearbook.
Below are the guidelines for ensuring your selected photo uploads properly and can be accepted into the Yearbook. Reach out to Josh Bashalany with any questions (bashalanyj@sau25.net)
Clothing/props: The student’s clothing and all props should be appropriate for school; avoid having any wording on it.
Must be in FULL COLOR
300 DPI
File format type JPEG or JPG
We cannot accept photos that have watermarks (copyright) without permission from the photographer, per our yearbook company copyright guidelines
The Bedford High School Yearbook reserves the right to refuse a photo that does not meet the specifications, or BHS determines to be inappropriate. All photos are checked multiple times by the Yearbook coordinator and school administration.
If your photo does not have a high enough resolution (see above for recommendation), we will have to use your student ID photo taken on school photo day or not include a photo in the yearbook.
DO NOT SCREENSHOT AN IMAGE FROM SOCIAL MEDIA. The image quality will be poor and will not meet the resolution requirements
The photo must be in portrait format.
Purchasing a parent ad is a great way to include a personal message of well wishes to a graduating senior. Families will have the opportunity to upload photos and a message that will be included at the end of the yearbook. Please note that purchasing a parent ad, while optional, does not also purchase a yearbook. The two must be purchased separately.
Click HERE to create a Parent Ad for your graduating senior. (Portal will open July 1, 2025)
Deadline to order an ad is Thursday, February 12, 2026. Note that this date— and prices below—is set by Jostens, not BHS.
The ads must be created on a desktop or laptop only.
Cost Breakdown (prices are set by Jostens)
Full page: $395
Half page: $255
Quarter page: $140
Eighth page: $85
Seniors have the option to include a meaningful senior quote and favorite memory from their time at BHS.
Click here for the Senior Quotes/Memories Form
You may only submit once but are able to edit your response until Senior Quotes will be collected until January 9, 2026…..After that, the form will be turned off.
Guidelines to Ensure Proper Publication
As you think of your submissions please be mindful that the yearbook staff will only publish school appropriate quotes/memories. Students must avoid anything that is disrespectful to anyone or anything and must conform with the all school policies.
Generally, the way the student types the quote/memory is the way it will be published. The yearbook staff will not make any edits or changes unless school policy is breached. Please double check your spelling!
Keep the quotes and memories fairly brief as the more text there is, the less likely it is to fit in the small space underneath each photo. Any submission that does not format properly will not be able to be included in the yearbook.
It’s time to celebrate the Class of 2026! Senior Superlatives are a fun tradition where seniors vote on standout classmates in categories like “Most Likely to Succeed,” “Best Smile,” “Class Comedian,” and more. This is your chance to recognize your peers for their unique personalities, talents, and memorable moments.
For our yearbook, seniors submit nominations to the various categories. From those names, voting will take place to see who will be awarded that superlative. Selected students will then have the opportunity to have their picture taken for the yearbook’s superlatives section!
Dates of the Process
Nominations may be submitted by seniors only from Sept. 22 until October 3, 2025.
Superlative VOTING will be open from October 10 through the 22nd, 2025.
For students in grades 9-11, we will only use the school-day photo taken in the gym on the first couple days of school (or the retake if applicable). The only other option is to not have a photo included in the yearbook. This means that only photo that is accepted into the yearbook for grades 9-11 is the photo taken at school for the student’s ID and we cannot accept individualized photos.
Students in grades 9-11 have three options for their photo in the yearbook:
1. Have the photo that Jostens sends us that was taken at school for their BHS ID
2. Request to not have a photo in the yearbook
3. Request that their name be included but not the photo.
Please note that the permissions parents provide via InfoSnap are applicable to the yearbook. If permission is not given to publish a student's photo, it cannot be included in the yearbook unless permission is explicitly granted by the parent/guardian.
In summary, we only upload the photos that Jostens sends us for Graded 9-11. So, if you want to ensure your photo is in with your grade level, make sure your picture is taken on the first day of school and that parent permissions on InfoSnap allow us to publish your picture and name.
