Alumni Official Documents Request Procedures 

Bedford High School has partnered with Parchment to securely order and send your transcript and other credentials to the location of your choice. Please use the link below. 

Transcript Request  - Former Students

If you plan to transfer colleges or apply via the Common Application after taking a gap year, please follow the Common App directions provided below.

Alumni Common App Directions

• Step 1: Set up your Common App Account

• Step 2: Contact Lisa Jacques, Dean of Student Service and provide your

  • Full Name (at the time of your BHS graduation)

  • Year of Graduation

  • Common App Username/email

  • Letters of Recommendation you’re requesting (counselor, teacher - include name of each)

  • First deadline (please allow two weeks for processing)

• Step 3: Mrs. Jacques will reset your Naviance account to coincide with your new Common App user name/email

• Step 4: You will receive an email from Naviance to reset your Naviance password (please check your spam folder).

• Step 5: We will be able to sync your Common App with your School Materials (Letters of Recommendation and transcript - Note: There is no need to request your transcript through Parchment).
