Counseling

MISSION: 

The mission of the Bedford High School Counseling Department is to provide exceptional and equitable service to every student in order to support their academic potential, social confidence and future goals. The Counseling Department is an important component of the school's mission in its comprehensive approach to student achievement and goal of educating the whole person.  The Department will help students foster habits of open inquiry and an understanding of our diverse world through comprehensive programming and services. With the collaboration of school personnel and community, the Counseling Department will help students gain a well–rounded education through unique and exciting learning experiences in a nurturing and engaging environment. School Counselors will strive to deliver a progressive program through the continued maintenance and assessment of the curriculum and services.
