Our first production date was September 27, 2022, for the original Hometown Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette.
During production attending students venture to an off-campus sight to produce a dressing.
The production process kicks off the day by ticking off the boxes for our health and safety standards. Then our team will mix ingredients to make our vinaigrette before moving to the bottling step. After bottling, we quality-check and taste-test our product before it is packaged.
No matter what dressing is being made on any given day, the protocol for each step of the process stays the same, this ensures a level of accountability and quality assurance. The only thing that changes from the production of one dressing to the next is the ingredients we use.
