Beacon was 12-0 in its division, winning the Bronx/Manhattan title. Beacon won the Public School Athletic League (PSAL) title for the sixth year in a row, defeating Cardozo 5-0. Beacon won the Mayor's Cup for the third year in a row, defeating Trinity School by a score of 4-1. Beacon won the Jim San Marco Tournament in Edgemont, NY with a 5-2 final score against Horace Mann. The Beacon team travelled to California to play in the National High School All-American Tournament, bringing together the best teams in the country. The Beacon team won the backdraw, defeating the number three seed team, Corona del Mar High School.
Additionally, the doubles team of Win Smith and Lucas Pickering reached the finals of the New York State Championship; Justin Fields reached the semifinals as a singles player. Justin Fields won the Mayor's Cup individual boys high school cup.
