Mrs. Miles is a proud grad of B-EHS! She earned her Bachelors in Music Education from Pacific Lutheran University and is currently working on her Masters in Music Education from Central Washington University. Mrs. Miles enjoys listening and researching country music, growing flowers, baking delicous treats, working on house projects with her husband, and hanging out in Eastern Washington with her family. And she has a large fluffy black cat named Bear that acts more like a dog than a cat!
Mrs. McLelland grew up in central Pennsylvania but has called Washington home since 2006. She earned a BFA in Fine Arts and a BS in Art Education from Penn State University, and is currently working on a MA in Art Education. She lives on a small farm in Whatcom County with her husband, 2 year old son, and a growing collection of animals. Mrs. McLelland loves gardening, skiing, and paddling outrigger canoes with her team, Kai Pana.

Greetings! I am primarily the school librarian, and on occasion have taught a few sections of Art 1. I earned my Masters in Education in Literacy from WWU, and passionately believe libraries should provide access to all. Our library seeks to be a source of information and communication to our entire B-EHS community. I've provided a one pager to our library website, and will continue working on the Art page for next quarter.
I am a WWU graduate and native Washingtonian. My interest in creative expression has afforded me many opportunities through travel, art, skateboarding, fishing, and overall love for the outdoors. I am always learning and growing as a husband, father, teacher, friend, and community member.

Yes...I am the drama teacher, and my name really is Holly Wood. What are the odds? It's pretty fun. My husband, Ken Wood, is a teacher at Stanwood High School, and our son, Kamden, is a freshman at B-EHS. Kamden is really enjoying his first year of high school even virtually, and in that vein, my goal is to provide some positive, educational experiences for your student/s even though it is challenging to deliver performance-based classes online. I am feverishly passionate about live theatre and what it does for kids, and I hope at least a little of this translates electronically!
