Notify the PowerSchool Administrator (Ms. Keishonna Hewett) or the office immediately if you have a change of address or telephone number. Changes of address must be confirmed with a leasing agreement, power bill in your name, or proof of residency. This is necessary in case there is an emergency on campus and the parent/guardian must be notified. It is also necessary so that important information is mailed to the correct address. It is against the law to willfully falsify any personal information requested on school forms.
