Here is the District Credit computation sheet (Microsoft Word).
All professional certificates for district employees are to be renewed by the district. All paperwork is to be sent to the attention of Dawn Tillman in the Office of Educator Effectiveness. You do not need to send anything to the State Department of Education as far as renewal credits are concerned, however you will need to send your Read to Succeed required courses/certificates to them along with a Request for Change/Action Form.
Effective June 26, 2020, a graduate course is no longer required if you do not hold a master’s degree; you can still use one but it is not required. You must turn in documentation to support 120 hours of renewal activity that you have completed during your 5-year validity period (example: 7/1/2016 – 6/30/2021).
