• How will you know if the resource mapping process has resulted in the provision of supports and removal of barriers to student learning needed to enhance student achievement and social emotional development?

• How will you know if members of the school community accessed more resources as a result of the school team's dissemination efforts?

• How will you sustain strategic resource mapping efforts and plan improvement?

Strategic Improvement Planning

• Conduct another needs base assessment. How can the results, help the team determine if the needs that existed at the beginning of the process still exist after the resource map was created?

• Do any resources need to be reallocated to support student/family needs more efficiently?

• How can surveys from those using the resource map (staff) and those receiving support (students and families) shed light on areas that need improvement?

Sustain Efforts

• How will we determine the resource mapping process was successful?

• How will you know if the school community accessed more resources as a result of this effort?

• How will you sustain strategic resource mapping efforts and plan improvement?
