Complete this Share Food Bag Request Form to come home from school with your student during the school year. The bags are delivered directly to the schools by volunteers weekly by the Share Hunger Response team of Share Vancouver. Forms submitted by Monday afternoon will ensure your family begins receiving a food bag starting Thursday of that same week.
The bag of food will typically be enough for a family of four for two meals. The bags contain 6-8 lbs. of non-perishable food to help supplement weekend meals.
