High School Beyond Plan & Schedule 2025-2026

Laura Kennedy, RHL/BGVA Counseling Secretary, will coordinate the state required High School & Beyond Plans and has uploaded all the information under "Coursework" in the HSBP Google Classroom. (Students will receive an invitation to join their class HSBP Google Classroom and must accept this invitation to get updates/reminders.)  She will, also, review, request revisions & track student progress. Revisions may be requested before forwarding plans to our Administration review team for a final review. Laura, as well as Advisors, support students as they work independently towards plan completion. 

Coordinators will:

• Provide Google Classroom as guide for all students

• Include advisors in all email communications with students

• Provide updates to students and advisors on what students should be working on that week to meet the schedule completion date.

• Google Classroom will be shared with all high school students and their advisors.

• Advisors will have access to a checklist to share during advising and check-in on student progress.

The earlier students turn in their plans, the more time they will have before the deadline to complete requested revisions, especially with resumes and references. Students can begin their work anytime during the school year, but the following dates are when Laura has dedicated time to work with students upon completing their HSBPs:  

Seniors Start: August  29, 2025 Due: December 5th, 2025 (Complete all 16 Assignments)

Juniors - Freshmen to only work on Resumes & References for 2025-26 School Year. 

Juniors Start: January 5, 2026 Due: February 16, 2026 

Sophomores Start: February 20, 2026 Due: March 31, 2026

Freshman Start: April 13, 2026 Due: May 8, 2026
