A Compulsory Module is a module offered by your Subject that you MUST take. The Compulsory Modules listed can vary according to your Programme of Study, as per below:

You must take 120 credits as follows:

EM7501-30 - Principles of Environmental Management
Trimester 2:
EM7507-30 - Environmental and Research Practice
Trimester 3:
Level 7 environmental management optional modules
Level 7 environmental management optional modules
Optional Modules are offered by your Subject and you are free to pick any of the Optional Modules listed to make up your credit totals (see Module Selection Rules). The Optional Modules listed can vary according to your Programme of Study, as per below:
Environmental Management Full Time:
Trimester 1 (Select 30 credits. At least 15 credits must be EM7503 or EM7505) :
BM7012-15 - Marketing Management
EM7503-15* - Environment and Society: Global Perspectives on Policy and Practice
EM7505-15* - Ecosystem Management
*Students MUST pick one of these modules. They are free to take both if they wish.
Trimester 2 (Select 30 credits. At least 15 credits must be EM7502 or EM7506) :
BM7034-15 - International Business Practice
EM7502-15* - Waste, Energy and Pollution Management
EM7506-15* - Applied Geomorphology
*Students MUST pick one of these modules. They are free to take both if they wish.
