WORKING MEN (2022)

I describe the men in my family as working men. I was never pushed by any of them to emulate their image, but feel the intensity and pressure to continously work. This piece is a meditation on the triggers of my own relation to work, one related to those working men, my dad, my grandparents. There's an intensity in performing well, in "querer ser como Ariel".  Working Men is a performance piece, with a distorted  soundscape to Ariel by Billo's Caracas Boys
